Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020-SW Michigan- A Gloomy Cold Day

Currently 49 with an average wind from the WNW wind of 7 mph. Feels like 46 degrees. Dew Point 39, Barometer 29.73, Humidity 69%, Visibility 10 mi., Sunrise 7:56 am, Sunset 6:58 pm.

Cloudy with a 20% chance of rain. High in the lower 50s. W winds 10 -20 mph.

Partly cloudy with widespread frost possible overnight. Low in the low to mid 30s. W winds 10 – 20 mph becoming SW during the night.

Well, today’s not much, but we’ll take it. Do we have a choice? No. No we do not. The good news is that I’m hearingĀ  the possibility of a warmer than usual winter is taking shape. Except perhaps for December, which is usually a cold month anyway but everyone’s usually so busy they hardly notice it. Will be interesting to see how close reality comes to this hypothesis. The only thing we know for sure is the weather we’ve got today – which is rather blah and unremarkable.
