Saturday, March 30, 2019-South West Michigan-Still Have Piles Of Dirty Snow Here And There

Currently 37 with an average wind of 8 mph making it feel like 31 degrees. Dew Point 35, Humidity 94%, Barometer 29.82 & rising, Visibility 8 mi., Sunrise 7:28 am, Sunset 8:05 pm. Overcast with a 70% chance of rain. High 43. NNW winds 10 -20 mph.

Cloudy to partly cloudy. Low 23. NNW winds 15 -25 mph.

If we get some rain today, it may help put an end – or at least shrink them considerably – to the dirty piles of snow still lingering around the edges of parking lots and driveways. It’ll be nice to see the end of them. Tomorrow’s temperature isn’t going to be helpful as it’s supposed to dip back down into the lower 30s for the high. That’s not nice. But we’ll get past all that and it should start warming up and staying warm soon.

I see by the Hummingbird Migration map that they’ve been spotted up as far as Virginia already. I usually put my feeder out the first week of April and that’s fast approaching. Will be nice if the weather would give them a warm welcome when they get here.
