Woke to a lovely thunderstorm this morning. Pleasant enough to lull me right back to sleep for a bit.
Our air is still very unhealthy with a reading of 209 this morning. There really isn’t any time schedule for this to go away. Those Canadian fires are numerous and steadily burning.
Mostly looking for rain over the weekend, but so far Tuesday, July 4 appears to be dry. I reckon we’ll find out, but so far, so good. At least for that one day. If the rain does materialize, it won’t be welcomed by all of those with a nice 3 or 4 day holiday outdoor outing planned. Sort of normal for Michigan. Outdoor activities aren’t always guaranteed to have grand weather. The unhealthy air, however, isn’t normal and that puts a crimp in anyone’s outdoor activity. Everyone needs to be cautious.
