Well, a surprise visit from the sun this morning. Most welcome even though it’s really cold out there. Sort of a trade-off. Mother Nature grants us with a bit of sun, then makes sure we pay for it with low temperatures and a cold wind. So be it. Worth it to see some brightness in the sky. Personally, it was too much to resist so I went out and about in the cold and took care of a few errands. Thrilled to be back inside in the warmth. I wouldn’t be looking for any more of this sunshine for a while but this morning was a happy surprise. Snow, clouds and cold ahead. Enjoy this brief time, folks. Bundle up and bask in the sunshine. Granted, a weak one, but it’s by gosh there. More than we’ve had in some time.
