So – walking out to feed the critters this morning and the air was once again full of tiny snowflakes. Didn’t last a long time, and certainly didn’t accumulate anything, but distressing none-the-less. It did clear up long enough to see some welcome blue skies, but the clouds closed up again quite rapidly.
According to the Weather Channel our area will be below average through May 2. Nice, huh? It’s going to warm up nicely for this coming weekend. A couple of 70 degree days. Might be cloudy and we may get rain, but it will be warm. Just don’t get used to it ’cause those numbers won’t stick around for awhile yet. Just unbelievable that so many places had temperatures lower for Easter than we had for Christmas. And if we have our druthers, we’d rather not see it happen again. That maverick Jet Stream needs to learn the lessons of where it should be rather than letting itself go rogue so often as it has this year. Let’s hope.
