As is the wont of humans, who love to tinker with clocks and calendars, today we have the ‘observed’ Veteran’s Day, thereby giving many folks the day off from work. And what else counts, right? Well, in this case, Veteran’s Day, whether we have one day or two, the object is to remember and honor all of those good people who have given service to our nation. In some cases, given their all for our country, for our freedoms.
