What a luscious morning. Sat out on my tiny patio to drink morning coffee and was absolutely enchanted…well, once I got the tiny ants off my glider rocker and smacked down the hornet determined to drive me out. Other than that, it was heaven. Leaves of so many shades of green (one of the fabulous things about the state of Michigan – how many shades of green) gently swaying to the tune of a small breeze, birds of various kinds singing morning songs…What I dream about all winter. We have a most pleasant weather system perched overhead right now and it could hang around rather than eventually moving on as far as everyone here. It won’t. But the invitation is there.
Except for the little chance of a pop-up storm this afternoon, and a small chance of some rain tomorrow, nothing showing up on the maps to get in the way of wonderful weather until perhaps early next week. We shall see how it goes, but enjoying this amazing beginning to what promises to be a lovely day.
