Winter Weather Advisory has been extended now to 7 pm on Monday. 1- 4″ of snow expected along with wind and cold.

70% chance of snow showers. 1″ or less expected. High in the upper 20s. NW winds 10-20 mph with gusts to around 30.

Mostly cloudy with a 30% chance of snow showers. Low 5-10 above. NW winds 10-15 mph with gusts to 30.

Well, Winter Storm Jett seems to have for the most part missed us. So far. We do seem to be in some sort of a donut hole here where the storms seem to go around us on quite often. We did, as usual, get some snow but nothing like what had been predicted. A few inches up to now. Not to say we won’t be getting more snow, ’cause we’re told to be expecting it. We won’t be so lucky as to avoid the cold temperatures coming at us. Those we will get for sure.  Hardly any way to say how tired I am of winter – the cold, the snow, the misery. Can’t wait for spring to get here and bring an opportunity for getting outside without having to bundle up in boots and coats and gloves and..SO tired of it. And we’re not done with it yet. Alas…
