Winter Weather Advisory In Effect Until Tuesday, 12 PM.
Baby, it’s cold outside. And we’re likely to be getting more snow. Not as traumatic as it is for the South, where they’re not so used to the wicked ways of Winter, but still not comfy and cozy, either. This staggeringly huge block of frigid Arctic Air that is brutally attacking what appears to be most of our nation is causing catastrophic situations for folks unused to the paralyzing power of pure cold. I’m praying that people can stay in, stay safe and wait this out. And that their power stays on. Take it from someone from the North who has in the past lost power and the ability to heat my home, this is not something you want to be facing. At least, in the South, they know it won’t last forever. Sooner or later…going to seem like later, I know…things are bound to warm up and give some welcome relief. In the meantime, here in SW Michigan, the cold and Winter Weather Advisories continue. Sure am tired of snow and cold.
