So, that annual Groundhog visit has left us with a prediction of an early spring. Could I possibly get my hopes up for my favorite month, March, really to be nice??? You know, he may only be a rodent, but seriously, looking at the path that generous Jet Stream is staying on, mainly leaving the colder air up in Canada, it’s a distinct possibility this year. It’s been, basically, a delightful winter thus far, and it does seem to hold out the promise of a great February and, yes, March. This may end up being one of those winters I don’t mind in the least. A rare and wonderful occurrence.

Currently 34 with an average wind from the WSW of 16 mph. Feels like 33 degrees. Dew Point 33, Barometer 29.39 & falling, Humidity 73%, Visibility 10 mi., Sunrise 7:56 am, Sunset 5:55 pm.

Partly cloudy with a high of 46. W winds 15 – 25 mph with higher gusts possible.

A few overnight clouds. Low around 30. WNW winds 10 -20 mph.
