Friday, Dec. 14, 2018 South West Michigan – Morning Fog, Afternoon Sunshine
Currently 36 with a NE wind of 1 mph. Feels like 36 degrees. Dew Point 34, Humidity 96%, Barometer 30.20 & rising, Visibility 1.5 mi., Sunrise 8:06 am, Sunset 5:07 pm. Areas of morning fog, partly cloudy afternoon. High 42. Light and variable winds.
Mostly cloudy early becoming partly cloudy after midnight. Low 27. N winds 5 – 10 mph.
The overnight rain (Measured .35″) has pretty much cleared away the snow ground cover except in sheltered spots. Nice to see bare ground again, even if it’s a muddy mess for now. Seeing anything other than the absence of color that is white encourages me. Sounds like a really decent weekend with, so far, no precip showing up until about next Thursday. And for now, that is expected to be rain. Hurray!
