Monday, June 18, 2018 South West Michigan – Heat, Thunderstorms Expected
Currently 77 with a WSW wind of 9 mph leaving that alone so it feels like 77 degrees. Dew Point 72, Humidity 85%, Barometer 29.91 & rising, Visibility 10 mi, Sunrise 6:02 am, Sunset 9:24 pm. Mostly cloudy this morning with an 80% chance of afternoon thunderstorms. Some storms could be severe. High 86. W winds 10 – 20 mph.
80% chance of overnight thunderstorms. Low 66. NNE winds 5 – 10 mph.
The stuffy air continues here with a high humidity and dew point making it hard to breath in comfort. The thunderstorms coming in should help cool things off and clear the air a bit before the heat returns later in the week – but nothing like we’ve experienced this past weekend. Just summer heat – not Africa hot.
