Today looks calm and quiet but things are going to ramp up starting tonight. Look for higher wind speeds. A small chance of seeing some severe weather will be in place and tomorrow’s winds will not be fun. All of this is going to drag in some interesting weather for Monday.  This small uptick in our temperature will be met with a vengeance by the cold Arctic air coming down from Canada. The high wind shear and the instability of the air will be anything but calm and quiet after today.  Colder. Rain possible. Snow maybe. Some sort of mix with possible freezing rain in there, too. Not going to be a grand day and it could all swing one way or another. That high wind could move the snow to our north – or maybe not. Some reporting around 1″ of snow for us. One even dares to say 1-3″. Rather not even consider that one, so I won’t. Just be ready for some sort of variety that we won’t be all that happy with.
