February is almost always a cruel month but this time around it’s being absolutely beastly. One round of winter storms right after another- luckily the heaviest of the precipitation from those have managed to miss my area- but all over the country they’ve brought cold, snow, ice, sleet, wind, flooding…you can imagine any detrimental element of winter and this February has provided it all. And we’re only a little more than half way through it. Our temperatures will slowly begin to warm up after a few days but when I say warm, I’m only talking in the 20s for daytime numbers and in the teens overnight. Bundle up, think spring and survive. That’s the best we can do and hope for right now.
