Bright sunshine but offset by frigid temperatures. That’s our Feb. 3 Friday. Hang in there through tonight and our numbers will be on the rise. In fact, we might even see temperatures slightly above normal during the next week. In the meantime, this is brutal cold and my heart goes out to those who have to be out and about in it for the duration. This is dangerous cold that doesn’t take long to create frostbite conditions.
